- Accreditation Records: Conference attendance timestamps, CME/CPD credit hours earned, certificate issuance history.
- Payment Data: Transaction references from Chapa, Telebirr, or CBE Birr. We do not store raw credit card numbers or banking PINs.
3. Protection of Member Contact Details
Strict Privacy Safeguard: In our public directories and logged-in specialist listings, member telephone numbers and personal email addresses are withheld by default. Only specialist names, clinical specializations, and hospital affiliations are made searchable to facilitate clinical peer referrals without exposing members to unsolicited contact.
4. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Reporting
Under Ethiopian Ministry of Health guidelines, accredited scientific hours and CME credit awards may be submitted to regulatory medical councils for physician license renewals.
